You start at 80% commission, grow to 85%, and can reach up to 90% at the Thrive tier — advancement is based on your personal booking production, not recruitment. You can also earn residual income from your team’s subscriptions and bookings, plus a share of our 10% Prosperity Pool as the whole community grows.

No prior experience is required. Every membership includes errors & omissions insurance, CLIA membership, and an IATA card, plus training available five days a week with 1:1 guidance from day one — so you’re fully backed from your very first booking.
